Great service, easiest and quickest experience I've had at a UPS store.
Super helpful, great attitude, has all the services needed for our small town.
This used to be a kind and friendly place. Now it's in the hands of a charmless, sour man, who is the opposite of helpful. e.g. me at 72: I understand UPS has a discount for seniors. He: No we do not. I: but in Chicago they said they did. And gave it to me. He: Only with an AARP card. ???? Soooooo, why didn't he answer right away that seniors DO get a discount if they have an AARP card. Why the need for a confrontation? A game? Impossible. And then he comes up with a bill for $88 for us to send a letter overnight. WHO IS HE KIDDING? We went to the post office and I'll never step back in this store again when this guy's around.
