Great hiking trails
Nice place to picnic, hike, etc.
The trail loops are easy, the maps are well marked, and there really is something for everybody here.
Beautiful and relaxing
Fantastic location just off of US-7 situated between the Taconic Range and Mt. Greylock, with trails that offer everything from wildflower-covered hayfields to mature oaken forests. Wonderful views of Mt. Greylock from multiple vantage points. On the particular day I hiked, the place was empty, and I never encountered another person on the trails.
Great park just south of Williamstown. Terrific views of Greylock.
