Very nice people, but pharmacists overworked, backed up. Call first to make sure the prescription phoned in the day before is ready.
fast service - does it need anything else?
This pharmacy has missed "pick up times" so often that my husband now refuses to pick up my prescriptions. He already left them after they screwed up his prescriptions repeatedly. Their excuse was that the students returned to town (local college) but that doesn't explain the other X number of times all year round. And today, one last screw up as they only sent one of two prescriptions over to my new pharmacy. Good bye Rite-Aid Williamstown!
Always friendly to me and the kids. Aside from having to wait in line at heavy traffic times, can't say I have any complaints.
