Clean and well maintained the rooms are q but small but perfectly cozy. Service was timely and polite. Had a great time!
Great motel with a home style feel. Ideal location if you're visiting Williams College, I found this jewel online. Our room was comfy and cozy and there was a small stream behind it adding to the unique character of this property. The added bonus is that the connected restaurant is outstanding. Only thing that kept it from 5 stars was the breakfast, although it was free,the eggs were uneatable cold n bizarre, their set up was a step behind considering the narrow two hour window, no knives to spread butter etc. But would I go back.... "absolutely"

Dated motel converted into b and b. Moderate clean rooms. Excellent pub for and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with pancake robot
Quiet inn with cozy rooms. The stream running through the property was very nice to see and listen to. Rooms had everything we needed and staff was friendly. Breakfast was not great though. The breakfast restaurant was closed (I'm guessing it's because we were one of two occupied rooms that day) so breakfast was delivered to our room, but it was just fruit and yogurt. Great location! We ended up driving into Vermont for breakfast.
