Terrible service. The hostess said she had to check on something before seating me then disappeared for more than 15 minutes. The restaurant was empty, so it wasn't like she was busy helping other customers. I finally got my own menu and seated myself at the bar. The bartender who served me was extremely rude and also pretty incompetent. The bathroom smelled disgusting. The food was mediocre. I will definitely not be going back.
One of our favorite places to visit when in the Berkshires. Excellent local, regional beer selection, incomparable food, and a cozy, casual, friendly atmosphere. Outdoor seating in the summer is great, especially if you have kids with you. This place is also open 7 days a week from 11am on. Lots of parking, too!
Wanted to eat here last night but couldn't. Stood at the wait to be seated sign for 5 min. One staffer walked right by us not even acknowledging us. Another at the bar cash register (10 feet away) looked at us and didn't say a word. Didn't feel welcomed so we left and had a great meal with fast and friendly service at the Richmond Grill 10 minutes away.
Very good food and drink. The atmosphere is country as in bro country, I escaped it sitting on the patio. Seafood is what they do best and it tasted quite fresh. Decent service. The only things I didn't like was the seedy restroom and generic breadsticks.
Horrible service all around. Bartender was completely rude and even spilled water on someone at our table and on their food (never offered to replace the food). My son ordered chicken tacos and got one that had half fish in it! There were other issues too. I will NOT be returning!
